Why I Built Ask Lopamudra and Solace - Vedic Astrology

It is a strange feeling to build something you are proud of, put care into how it looks and works, market it, and still see very few people use it. That is where I am with Ask Lopamudra and my coaching apps. So I wanted to write about what I built and why it matters to me.

With Ask Lopamudra, my focus has been personalized Vedic astrology: a reading grounded in your birth chart and the question you actually want answered. The site also offers Ayurvedic guidance that distinguishes your underlying constitution from your current imbalance.

For the astrology, I have put particular care into Vimshottari dasha analysis, making planetary periods central to the interpretation rather than relying primarily on transits. So far, I haven’t found a single website whose predictions I consider as accurate as the ones my system produces. That may sound like boasting, but it is my honest assessment—and a large part of why I believe in what I have built.

But a reading is only one part of what someone might need. You can gain a perspective on a difficult period and still wake up the next morning wondering how to get through it. That is why I built Solace Vedic Coaching. It begins with what is happening in your life: a difficult moment, an emotional pattern, a decision you are struggling with. It combines chart-based context with ongoing coaching, reflection, and practical exercises to help you choose your next step.

I care about both the depth of the guidance and the experience of using these tools. I wanted to make something beautiful, thoughtful, and useful enough to return to.

The response so far has been quieter than I hoped, even after marketing. That is disappointing. I still believe in what I have built, and I want to give people a clearer picture of the care behind it.
