A warm, light yet nourishing tridoshic salad with fluffy quinoa, gently blanched greens, Ayurvedic spices, and herbs — balancing for all doshas.
Quinoa and Greens Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa

  • 1/2 cup blanched spinach & Swiss chard

  • 1/4 cup steamed asparagus, chopped

  • 1 boiled egg, halved

  • 1 tbsp chopped mint & cilantro

Dressing:

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp lime juice

  • Pinch of turmeric & cumin

Method:

  1. Cook quinoa and set aside warm.

  2. Blanch greens and steam asparagus.

  3. Combine everything, drizzle dressing, garnish with herbs.
