Tridoshic Quinoa & Blanched Greens Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup blanched spinach & Swiss chard
1/4 cup steamed asparagus, chopped
1 boiled egg, halved
1 tbsp chopped mint & cilantro
Dressing:
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp lime juice
Pinch of turmeric & cumin
Method:
Cook quinoa and set aside warm.
Blanch greens and steam asparagus.
Combine everything, drizzle dressing, garnish with herbs.
